About MPSE
MPSE OÜ is an Estonian SME established in 2023, bringing together seasoned professionals with over a decade of combined experience in drone technology, simulation engineering, and large-scale system architecture.
Now based in Estonia, the team channels extensive professional experience into building next-generation UAS training simulators for European civilian and professional markets. The company's server-based simulation architecture eliminates the need for high-performance GPU workstations at client sites, making professional-grade drone training accessible to educational institutions, municipalities, and commercial operators across the EU.
Team Experience
Our team brings a proven track record of delivering complex UAS systems, simulation platforms, and large-scale architecture solutions.
NASA UTM Protocol Development
Key team members contributed to developing drone operational protocols and Unmanned Traffic Management frameworks, establishing foundational standards for safe drone integration into shared airspace.
Drone Delivery R&D
Pioneering research and development of on-demand drone delivery logistics in collaboration with a major national postal operator, exploring scalable autonomous delivery solutions prior to commercial adoption of drone delivery services.
Enterprise Drone Delivery Partnership
Collaboration with a leading US-based drone delivery company within a major global retail group, delivering solutions meeting enterprise-grade reliability and scalability requirements.
Full-Scale Flight Simulator Development
Development of high-fidelity training simulators based on reverse-engineered full-scale helicopter and fixed-wing jet models, providing immersive operator training environments.
National-Scale System Architecture
Design and deployment of a mission-critical notification and monitoring system for a national border control agency, engineered for millions of monthly requests with high availability.
National UTM Tender
Selected for a national Unmanned Traffic Management tender to provide comprehensive airspace management coverage across an entire country (project discontinued due to the onset of full-scale conflict in Ukraine in 2022).
